The Pano card (cash card) is transferrable (does not apply to cash cards belonging to Landesfamilienpass holders) and is valid for an unlimited period. The minimum duration is 10 days. A deposit of €5 is required for the Pano card, which will be reimbursed when the card is returned, provided that it still works.

- Adults with a valid Schwarzwaldgästekarte (Black Forest Guest Card) receive a discount of €1 when purchasing single admission tickets .

- It´s your birthday? You can visit our pool and wellness area for the whole day on your birthday free of charge upon production of your passport or ID card! This excludes our sauna suite.
- Facilities for people with disabilities: entrance with toilets, showers and changing rooms, no access aids for pool, no access to the sauna suite.
The transponder ( bracelet ) allows you entry into different areas . Please make the transponder firmly on the wrist . In case of loss of the transponder we charge on presentation of the receipt 10 € ( without acknowledgment 60 €) . In case of loss of a locker key 10 € to be paid .
For unreturned lent towels we ask for € 20 - for Bathrobes € 40.
For your and our security , the panoramic bathroom is partially under video surveillance!
